Due to our continued expansion, we require an additional Warehouse employee for our Ambridge, PA location.
Prior experience in handling an overhead crane is preferred.
Job Objective:
Manages warehouse inventory by arranging movement of steel from receiving to warehouse to shipping.
Responsibilities:
Takes orders, loads and manages steel distribution.
Stores product by assigning storage areas; adapting storage areas based on production and shipping requirements; updating location database.
Prepares product for delivery by verifying its location; guiding movement to staging area; resolving issues.
Verifies product inventory reports by comparing logs and reports; adjusting entries.
Documents actions by accomplishing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Observes inventory by accomplishing counts as required.
Achieves distribution and organization goals by completing related tasks as needed.
